How do I take a screenshot of the image on my screen?

You have two options for taking a screenshot:

1. Using the snipping tool that comes with the Operating System on your machine. Go to the Start menu and search Snipping Tool to find the application.

2. Use the built-in screenshot feature by pressing FN and the Print Screen key on your keyboard to grab a "copy" of your screen which you can paste into your email or document.
