Too Many Sessions Open - Cause and Solution
I am receiving a message that I have too many sessions open when I try to login into Colleague. What caused this and how can I fix it?
First and foremost be sure to click the LOGOUT button inside the program when you want to close your instance of Colleague UI. Do not just close your browser using the X in the top right corner of your browser window. Doing so is what causes the issue because you have not been properly logged out.
To fix this you will need to submit a ticket in the help desk to have your open sessions terminated within the system. Please include your Colleague username so we can terminate any of your open sessions.

Choose the category Information Technology, then choose the sub-category Colleague, then item Login Issue-Error Message, then Too Many Sessions open.
