Colleague form search returns PERSON results

Issue:

When searching for a form such as RGPE in Colleague, the results screen returns partial records from the PERSON file.

This is because the search bar is set to search for a PERSON instead of a form. This is indicated by the search icon to the left of the search bar (see below). If it looks like a PEOPLE icon you are searching to PERSON records, if it looks like a FORM icon you will be searching for Colleague Forms. To change between the two, just click the icon.
