Audited courses and repeats

A student is auditing a course that they have previously taken and received a satisfactory grade for AND that previously taken course is being marked as "repeated". There may be instances where you may not want this to show on the transcript this way.

When a student audits a course and it is not to be counted as a repeated course do the following:

Go to STAC and detail to SACD for the course/section being audited.
In the "Replace Allowed" field change the YES to a NO.

This will recalculate the student's academic credit and remove the repeated designation.
