How do I log into MyShasta?

The first time you log in to the Shasta Portal you will work through a series of steps to setup your account. Once you have performed the security steps, you will be directed to your Shasta Portal apps. MyShasta will be in your apps.

To login you will need the following information:

You must know your Shasta College Username (staff format has no numbers: jsmith@shastacollege.edu)
- If you do not know your username, please refer to the Welcome Letter you received during your onboarding.
- You must have either a valid email address OR a mobile phone capable of using the Authenticator App or receiving texts.
