Resetting My Portal Password
To perform a self-service password reset through the Portal, you will need to set up your account recovery method.
If you are able to log in, go to the small bubble with your initials in the top right section of the main Portal page (the one showing all your icons)
- Select View Account
- Select Security Info > Update Info
- You will be asked to Authenticate - enter your MFA code
- Add your personal email and/or phone number for reset password capabilities.
