Change Made By Office of Instruction Not Showing Yet in Colleague

Example: Census date was wrong for a section and even though the office of instruction entered the corrected date, it is not appearing in MyShasta for the instructor to enter the census for the class.

Solution: Often times changes made in Colleague for courses don't show up instantly, and might actually not appear until the next morning. Recommendation is to access the census area the following am when the cache has been cleared in the system.
