How to clear your browser cache (delete temporary internet files)
To ensure we are working from a clean slate, please click the following link to close all your Microsoft accounts as this may be causing a conflict: https://www.office.com/estslogout
Then please close any open browser windows.
Clear your cache with these specific instructions:
Open a browser window, hold down these three keys on your keyboard: CTRL Shift Delete and this will bring up the menu to perform the action. When the menu box appears be sure to be on the Advanced tab and select the TIME RANGE option: ALL TIME. Then select the CLEAR DATA button. After it is complete, close your browser and reopen it.

On your phone using Chrome follow these instructions:

Open: the Chrome app on your phone.

Tap: the three-dots menu icon (More) in the top-right corner.

Select: Settings from the menu that appears.

Tap: on Privacy and security.

Tap: Clear browsing data.

Ensure: that Cookies and site data and Cached images and files are checked.

Use: the menu at the top to select a time range, such as "All time" to clear everything.

Tap: Clear data (or Clear browsing data) to complete the process.
On your iPhone or iPad using Safari follow these instructions:
- Open the Settings app: on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down: and tap on Safari.
- Scroll down: within the Safari settings.
- Tap on Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm: your selection to clear the history, cache, and cookies.
