Weird Error Message When Accessing MyShasta Under Portal
MyShasta does not allow passwordless authentication at this time, this is a MyShasta product issue not a Portal issue. If you have turned on passwordless authentication with the Authenticator app you need to disable/remove it from within the app, see instructions below.

Open Authenticator App on your phone >
Click your Shasta College account >
Click the Gear in the top Right area of the screen >
Click on the Disable phone sign in
