Once downloaded, go to the Shasta Portal to sign in and follow the onscreen prompts to link your school account. Once the Microsoft Authenticator app is set up correctly, it will push a notification to your phone for your approval after you have entered the correct username/password at login. If the notification does not appear, try opening the Microsoft Authenticator app. If you are still having trouble, please reach back out to us.
